I'm Thomas, and for as long as I can remember, traveling the world has been my greatest dream. Growing up in a small mountain town, I was always enchanted by stories of distant lands and diverse cultures. As a school teacher, I shared these stories with my students, hoping to ignite in them the same passion for exploration that burned in me. However, life has a way of rewriting our plans. A few years back, I was in an accident that left me wheelchair-bound. My dreams of globe-trotting seemed to fade away. I found joy in teaching, but the longing to travel, to experience the world firsthand, never left me. Then, one day, something extraordinary happened. I discovered Go VR, a virtual travel experience created by a group of students from I. M. Panagiotopoulos school. Skeptical but intrigued, I decided to give it a try. What did I have to lose? The moment I put on the VR headset, my world transformed. Suddenly, I was walking through the bustling streets of Tokyo, feeling the vibrant energy of the city. Next, I found myself under the Northern Lights in Iceland, a sight so breathtakingly beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes. I explored the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu, walked along the Great Wall of China, and wandered through the romantic streets of Paris – all from my living room.
"I recently explored the services of Go VR, an inventive virtual business initiative by the students of I. M. Panagiotopoulos school's 3rd and 1st High School, and was completely blown away by the experience. The team of 17 students, organized in professional departments and meeting regularly for brainstorming, have crafted something extraordinary. Their passion, creativity, and commitment to innovation shine through in their work. Go VR is setting a high bar in the realm of virtual experiences, clearly reflecting the talent and forward-thinking approach of its young creators. Truly impressive and highly recommended!"
